The CoC has completed Connecting the Dots: A Proactive Approach for Addressing Homelessness. Currently, the Plan is in the process of being presented to local jurisdictions for formal adoption. Once adopted by the jurisdictions, the Action Committee will begin formal implementation of the plan.
