Performance Measurements
System and Program Level Indicator Reports are published quarterly and furnished to the HMIS Steering Committee, Continuum of Care Board of Directors, and the general membership.
The System and Program Level Indicator Report evaluates each system based on system goals, actual performance data and outcome achievements. Systems which meet less than one-half of outcome goals are considered to be a “system of concern”.
