The 4th annual Project Homeless Connect event took place on Thursday, November 3, 2011. The event was held in four simultaneous venues: Hanford, Porterville, Tulare and Visalia. 1,040 people were served at the four venues. To date, approximately 3,500 people who are homeless or at-risk of becoming homeless have been served at our local Project Homeless Connect events.
